Sounds like a good deal. Sad that I am in the army now and I do not have enough time to run a site. I otherwise I might take my chances and try running a PTC site.

You choose the options that you want, then you pay and sent us domain name and design guidelines (eg preferred colors)
 We set up the bulk script and then we work on the design, we also sent documentation so you can set up the parameters  in the admin panel (prices, ads memberships specials) - with our help if needed. Thats all
